Wherever you are, the VideoAlert application allows you to watch over your apartment.-------------------------IMPORTANT: access to this application is reserved for Video Alert subscribers, its download and use are included in the service (excluding the cost of web connection invoiced by your mobile telephone operator).To connect, enter the username and password we sent you.-------------------------The Video Alert service allows you to create up to 4 accounts on the mobile application, with 2 possible profiles: up to 2 administrator profiles and 2 user profiles.If you are an administrator, you will be able to:- activate and deactivate presence detection,- watch the live,- consult your event log,- view the videos recorded in case of presence detection by your cameras,- request the intervention of a security guard * if you notice an intrusion,- configure your notifications, the rights of the different users, ...By default, the 1st account created has an “administrator” profile.If you are a user, you can activate or deactivate presence detection.Note: all accounts use the same username and password to connect.* Optional service at the express request of the subscriber, billed at the current rate.
